Yesterday was David's Birthday, we celebrated by going out to eat and then coming home and giving him presents and having ice cream cake! Yum!

We had our first snowfall on David's special day. Church was cancelled today so the kids have been playing in it all day. Snow doesn't last long around here so we have to play when we can! During the birthday dinner Sophia lost her first tooth ~ it's currently M.I.A. I suspect she swallowed it or it could be stuck in the corn cob she was eating. The tooth fairy still gave her some money for it!

Last Sunday when Alice was down for a nap the kids made a ginger bread house. We purposely did it during Ali's nap time so she wouldn't eat all the candy.

After nap time it didn't take her long to discover the candy house, climb the counter and dig in!

Happy Late Birthday, Dave. As we were eating breakfast on our cruise we all put your happy birthday wish out the universe. Hopefully you felt our love even though we couldn't talk to you.
Tell the kids we got a pony but it is a boy & so we cannot name it tinkerbell. Any other suggestions? It is a dark blonde color.
