I thought long and hard about what dessert to make for Miles 1st birthday and settled on triple chocolate mousse cake. I wanted the perfect combination of yum and mess. Yum for me surviving the 1st year of my sixth child and mess for Miles.....

......and mess he made :) we are very glad Miles is with us. We have had a wonderful year with him. He is bubbly, smiley, fun, cute, huggable and extremely lovable.

Oh you do make good cakes. It is harder with each one. You've done well at surviving and each year they are so much older. They can help a little more but also they are that much closer to being a teenager. Watch out!
